Camp Rules

No one is permitted to leave camp grounds without the permission of the dean.

Campers are never to leave the camp grounds without staff or faculty supervision.

Campers, staff, and faculty must sign in/out when leaving and returning to camp.

Tobacco, vape products, alcoholic beverages, weapons and drugs are prohibited on camp grounds.

Campers are not allowed to bring electronic devises including but not limited to: cd players, TVs, electronic games, mp3/ipods, cell phones, computers, ipads and tablets.

Campers must turn in cell phones at registration. Phones are kept in a locked safe during the week.

All campers and faculty are expected to follow the camp schedule.

All campers, faculty and staff must turn in all medications, over the counter and prescription in original bottles, to the camp nurse.

When participating in water activities: Girls: no two piece bathing suits. A t-shirt must be worn if a two piece is all that is available. Guys: no racer style trunks.

Dress code: no halter tops, tube tops, spaghetti straps, strapless attire, bare midriffs, miniskirts. Guys must wear shirts unless participating in water activities. No one is to go barefoot on the campgrounds at any time.

Campers are not allowed on the deck except when permitted by camp staff or faculty.

No food or drinks (except water) of any kind are allowed in the cabins.

Campers may not enter the kitchen or use the kitchen as a shortcut.

Campers are not allowed to use the staff refrigerator.

Cups, plates, silverware are not allowed outside the dining hall.

Campers are not allowed inside the canteen building.

Only designated staff may enter canteen building.

Campers may not leave the cabins at night except to use the restroom or in an emergency.

Campers are not allowed in the cabins of the opposite gender.

Cars belonging to campers must remain locked and unoccupied until the camp session ends. Keys must be turned in to camp office.

The camp manager or dean will review and elaborate on the rules on the 1st day of the camp week.

I hereby authorize Catskill Christian Assembly and/or its agents to make an independent investigation of my background, references, character, past employment, education, criminal, or police records, including those maintained by both public and private organizations and all public records for the purpose of confirming the information contained on my Application and/or obtaining other information, which may be material to my qualifications as a volunteer or for employment now, and if applicable, during the tenure of my volunteering with Catskill Christian Assembly. I release Catskill Christian Assembly and/or its agents and any person or entity, which provides information pursuant to this authorization, from any and all liabilities, claims, or lawsuits in regard to the information obtained from any and all of the above referenced sources used. The following is my true and complete legal name, and all information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
